- Once an order is placed, we will send an SMS confirmation to your phone
- We may cancel an order if the product is out of stock, the address is incorrect, or payment is not verified
- Order totals are recalculated server-side at checkout. Any tampering will result in cancellation
4. Payment
- Cash on Delivery is available for all orders
- Online payment (bKash, Nagad, etc.) requires Trx ID submission
- Fake Trx IDs will result in order cancellation and possible account ban
5. Delivery
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
- Delivery charge is non-refundable unless we cancel the order
- Please check products at delivery time and report issues immediately
6. Returns
Returns are accepted as per our Return Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — logos, images, text, designs — is owned by Matir Bazar and may not be used without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Matir Bazar is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our site or products.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes will be resolved in Dhaka courts.
